Description: This is a small and flattened sea hare.  It ranges in color from dark brown to gray-green or it can be reddish or cream.  It can grow to a maximum of 40 mm.  Its coloring makes it hard to see and find.

Habitat: This sea hare lives in shallow waters under rocks in all warm seas.
Range (include invasive, native, endemic): This is a native sea hare.
Trophic information: This sea hare feeds on algae.  Its skin has toxins in them to help them protect themselves from predators.
Safety: Do not eat this sea hare.
Comments: This sea hare lays transparent eggs that are usually found nearby.
